Clet Dining Hall – Resident Dining (Clet Hall Complex)
Intersted in trying authentic Finnish cuisine?
Features a wide variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone’s appetite with food choices to rival your favorite restaurants. All this with the ability to enjoy “all you care to eat” dining! Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are served Monday through Friday. Brunch and Dinner are served Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. Guests not on a meal plan are welcome to use Gallagher Gold, cash or Campus Funds.
Clet Dining Hall always features these basic items: soups, salad bar, deli, pizza, pasta, bagels, fruit, cereal, and freshly baked desserts. In addition, each dining hall offers a variety of healthy options including whole grains, low fat dairy, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and lean meats. There are also specialty stations. Enjoy a meal from one or all of the following specialty stations located in Clet Dining Hall:

Food Allergies and Special Diets
If for medical reasons you need a special diet, please bring your diet requirements as outlined by your doctor, and we will assist you in getting proper nutritionally balanced meals – Please see Brenda Brierley, Customer Service Specialist with your special diet requirements. Brenda and Tim Bucko, Chef Manager, will review the menu's with you and make all necessary arrangements for you to receive your special diet.
Sick Trays
If a student is too ill to come to the dining facilities, the RA's or Health Services can authorize a take-out meal. The authorization form with the ill student's ID number must be presented to the cashier in the Clet Dining Hall.
Option Out
Box Meals are provided for academically or work related activities. Orders must be placed in the Clet Dining Hall twenty-four hours prior to pick up. Order forms may be picked up in the Dining service Office.
